Relationship management is part of social sustainability and involves actively building good relationships between landlords, residents and the area. When people enjoy, feel safe and are involved in their living environment, value is created for everyone involved. Sometimes landlords lack the time and resources to do this, then we can help.
Are you a member and want to get involved in your area or a landlord who wants to hear more about how we work with relationship management: get in touch!
For you as a tenant, relationship management means a chance to participate in influencing how you want things to be in your area. Our goal is to work with you to create a safer area and a daily life that feels good. When you know your neighbours, the community becomes stronger and it creates an environment where both you and the area can feel good and develop.
For landlords, relationship management creates a better everyday life for both tenants and employees. When relationships are strengthened, frustration in the area decreases and contact becomes easier and more positive. It provides a safer, calmer environment where people enjoy themselves, want to stay longer and where staff can focus on meeting people instead of problems.
We all have a part in creating the society we want to live in. Safer and more inclusive residential areas contribute to people feeling a sense of belonging and participation, which strengthens both community and faith in the future. It reduces exclusion and gives more people the opportunity to live a stable and meaningful life.
When a landlord joins us, we start with a joint meeting where we get to know your areas as well as the wants and needs that exist. Based on this, we develop a plan for each property, always adapted to the residents, their everyday lives and your goals as a landlord.
We then work together to implement activities, strengthen relationships and create opportunities for residents to get involved in ways that suit them. Our focus is to build long-term relationships, feelings of safety and an area where people thrive and feel at home.
It is in collaboration and co-creation that a vibrant and sustainable residential area emerges.
